1. I want to join the music club. 我想?yún)⒓右魳肪銟凡俊?/p>

動詞join是"參加（某個組織成為其成員）"。一般常和介詞in連用。如：

May I join the League？我可以入團嗎？

May I join in the game？我可以加入這游戲嗎？

2. Can you help kids with swimming？你能幫助孩子們學(xué)游泳嗎？

"help sb. with sth." 意思是"在某方面幫助某人"，有時可與 "help sb. （to）do sth."進行同義轉(zhuǎn)換。如：

I often help my mother with / （to）do housework. 我經(jīng)常幫助媽媽做家務(wù)。

3. Are you good with kids？你和孩子們相處得好嗎？

"be good with sb."相當于 "get on well with sb."意思是"與某人相處得好（融洽）"。如：

Our English teacher is good with / gets on well with us. 我們的英語老師同我們相處得很好。

4. We need help for our Beidaihe School Trip. 學(xué)校北戴河之游需要幫助。

（1）need意思是"需要"，作實義動詞，該句中的help是名詞作need的賓語。如：

He doesn't need the bike now. 他現(xiàn)在不需要那輛自行車。

need又可作情態(tài)動詞，但通常用于否定句或疑問句中。如：

Need he do it now？他需要現(xiàn)在做嗎？肯定回答用：Yes, 主語+must.；否定回答：No, 主語+needn't.。

（2）介詞for在這里表示目的，意思是"為了"。如：

We study for the people. 我們?yōu)槿嗣駥W(xué)習(xí)。

5. May I know your name？ 我可以知道你的名字嗎？

May I ...？或Could/ Can I ...？表示客氣，禮貌的語氣。對于請求許可的肯定回答常用：

Yes. / Certainly. / Of course. 等。否定回答常用： I'm sorry, but ...或No, you mustn't / can't.等。

6． Can you play the piano, the trumpet, the drums, or the guitar? 你會彈奏鋼琴，吹喇叭，敲鼓，或者彈吉他嗎？

（1） play意為"彈；吹奏"樂器類名詞時，名詞前要用the; 當其后接球類名詞時，名詞前不加定冠詞the。如：

She plays the piano beautifully. 她鋼琴彈得很好。

He likes playing football. 他喜愛踢足球。

（2）此句為簡單的選擇疑問句，即提問者提供兩種或兩種以上情況，讓對方從中作出選擇的句子。它的基本結(jié)構(gòu)是：一般疑問句+or+一般疑問句（后一部分與前一部分相同的成分常常省略）�；卮饡r，不用yes或no，而是選擇其中一種回答。
