1. Come into the classroom and greet the class with a smile and say Good morning! Now, introduce the words “teacher” and “class” by using gestures. Repeat this several times and have the class repeat after you. Students can answer as a whole group, as rows and as individuals.

2. Point to yourself and say I’m Miss/Mr. … Have them repeat. Explain the terms Miss and Mr. in Chinese. Ss repeat this a few times with rows and individuals.

1. (告訴學(xué)生們英語中有26個(gè)英語字母，它們就像我們漢語的筆畫一樣是構(gòu)成單詞的要素。下面我們先來學(xué)習(xí)字母Aa ~ Hh。其中A、B、C、D、E、F、G、H是大寫字母;a、b、c、d、e、f、g、h是小寫字母。)

【教學(xué)過程】
1、熱身、復(fù)習(xí)（Warm—up/Revision）
（1）日�？谡Z練習(xí)的展示。
�。�2）讓學(xué)生根據(jù)動(dòng)物的圖片或個(gè)人情況，簡單形容某人、某物的樣子。
�。�3）游戲：請(qǐng)說出與我動(dòng)作不同的單詞。
教師做動(dòng)作，要求學(xué)生說出與教師所做動(dòng)作不同的單詞。如：教師做tall的動(dòng)作，學(xué)生說：short 。
2、呈現(xiàn)新課（Presentation）
�。�1）教師將準(zhǔn)備好的字母卡片按照A—Z的順序貼在黑板上。指著每個(gè)字母請(qǐng)學(xué)生認(rèn)讀，復(fù)習(xí)字母表�？梢匀帻R讀，再以“開火車”的.形式每人認(rèn)讀一個(gè)字母。教師要求學(xué)生注意每個(gè)字母大小寫的不同形式。
�。�2）教師出示中國、加拿大、英國、美國四國的國旗，教師帶讀China，Canada，United Kingdom，America。
�。�3）教師播放Lets chant部分的錄相，在活潑動(dòng)感的chant中讓學(xué)生了解國旗的同時(shí)初步感受四國國名的簡稱或全稱的發(fā)音China，Canada，United Kingdom，America。

將全班分成四組，派一名學(xué)生到黑板前，教師念一個(gè)字母，學(xué)生就要從黑板上取下這個(gè)字母。最后比比，哪組學(xué)生手中的字母卡片最多。
�。�5）教師將寫有大寫字母的卡片發(fā)給部分學(xué)生，每人一張，說：P，R，C.拿著這三個(gè)字母卡的學(xué)生要按順序站成一排。用同樣的方法讓學(xué)生找出CAN UK和USA（教師在發(fā)給學(xué)生卡片時(shí)，可有意準(zhǔn)備兩個(gè)A，C，和U以備用）。
（6）領(lǐng)讀這幾個(gè)單詞，告訴學(xué)生它們是中國、加拿大、英國、美國四個(gè)國家的國名縮寫，國名要用大寫。將準(zhǔn)備好的四面國旗分別貼在各自的國名縮寫下，請(qǐng)學(xué)生根據(jù)國旗說出每個(gè)詞代表的國家。
3、趣味操練（Practice）
�。�1）游戲：配對(duì)游戲。
將寫有四國國名縮寫的字母卡和國旗分別給8個(gè)學(xué)生，請(qǐng)他們將詞與圖配對(duì)貼在黑板上。
（2）讓學(xué)生聽Lets say部分錄音，并跟讀。
�。�3）讓學(xué)生聽Lets chant部分的歌謠錄音，一句一句的跟讀。將China，Canada，United Kingdom，America四個(gè)國家的國名板書于各國國旗下。告訴學(xué)生PRC和USA是中國和美國的簡稱，完整的形式為：the Peoples Republic of China（即：中華人民共和國）以及the United States of America（即：美利堅(jiān)合眾國）。而平時(shí)多使用China，America兩個(gè)單詞。
�。�4）采取大節(jié)拍的方法讀歌謠。還可根據(jù)學(xué)生情況，教師讀前半句，學(xué)生讀后半句；男生讀前半句，女生讀后半句等方法練習(xí)。
