1、接that 從句及其從句的時(shí)態(tài)。

　　make sure 如果是現(xiàn)在時(shí)，或者祈使句形式(原形)，that從句的時(shí)態(tài)應(yīng)該使用現(xiàn)在時(shí)間范疇的時(shí)態(tài)，如：一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)，現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)，一般將來時(shí)等。

　　例句：

　　They want to make sure the newcomers don't get a look-in.

　　他們不想讓新人有露臉的機(jī)會。

　　Make sure the draining board, sink and plug hole are regularly disinfected.

　　滴水板、水槽和塞孔一定要定期消毒。

　　Make sure that your meal won't be smothered with white sauce.

　　千萬不要把自己的飯菜上都涂滿白汁沙司。

　　2、make sure 除了接從句外，還可以接不定式，但不能接動名詞。

　　例句：

　　Make sure to give positive feedback when they show signs of improvement.

　　確保一旦他們有改進(jìn)時(shí),你都能給予積極的回應(yīng)。

　　If you saw a traffic accident, make sure to mark down the licence of the car.
